The Orange Shirt Society is gathering Media for our new website, we are looking for Photography, Artwork, and other digital media.
Your submissions will be used on our new website, our Social Media, and for other digital and print media.

Submit your photo
1. Download and fill out the applicable 'Image Release Form', 'Parental Permission Form(s)', 'Model Release Form(s)' and 'Artist Release Form(s)' linked bellow.
2. Add applicable, completed 'Image Release Form', 'Parental Permission Form(s)', 'Model Release Form(s)' and 'Artist Release Form(s)', and unedited, full resolution image or artwork in a folder. 'Compress', or 'zip' the folder. Please name the Folder 'Name Current Date.JPG' (IE: John-Done-12-12-2021.zip)
3. Upload your folder to the 'upload' section bellow.
4. We will select the our favorite submissions and use them for our new website, marketing and social media.

We need a 'Model Release Form' for every identifiable person in the photo. For example, if a photo has 10 identifiable subjects, we require a Model Release Form for each of them. If a person is a minor, we need a 'parental permission form' as well
The 'Image Release Form' should be filled out by the Photographer of a specific image. Including the photographer of art, or other media where the photography itself is not the main focus of the image.
We need 'Artist Release Form(s)' from every contributing artist featured in the media.

Art A would need a Artist Release Form from all contributing artists, because it the subject in the Photograph. Art B, would not need a Artist Release Form, because it is not the subject in the Photograph. We would need an 'Image Release Form' provided from the photographer of the image. |
Please Note: If you're unable to provide the necessary forms at this time, and still want to submit your work, you may submit your work, without the applicable Image Release Form', 'Parental Permission Form(s)', 'Model Release Form(s)' and 'Artist Release Form(s). If your image is chosen we contact you to help with completing the forms.
